A Message from the Board

Pennsylvania Regional Ballet has proudly served Central Pennsylvania for more than three decades, providing exceptional dance education, inspiring performances, and meaningful opportunities for students to grow both as artists and individuals. As a nonprofit organization, PRB remains deeply committed to preserving the tradition and excellence of classical ballet while continuing to expand access to the arts throughout our community.

The Board of Directors is profoundly grateful for the vision and dedication of our Founder and Artistic Advisor, Sandra Flader Carlino, whose passion and leadership established the strong foundation upon which PRB continues to thrive. We are equally thankful for the continued artistic leadership of Victoria Silva and Erin Stiefel-Inch, whose commitment to excellence shapes the next generation of dancers. We also recognize the invaluable contributions of Blake Meyer, Director of Finance and Operations, and Bradley Gebhart, Director of Business Development, whose leadership supports the continued growth and sustainability of the organization.

At PRB, students receive far more than technical dance training. Through discipline, creativity, collaboration, and performance, our dancers develop confidence, resilience, artistry, and lifelong skills that extend far beyond the stage. From our youngest students to our pre-professional division, we are proud to foster an environment where dedication, education, and artistic achievement flourish together.

Our mission also extends into the broader community through performances, scholarships, outreach initiatives, and educational programming. Programs such as our Educational Performances of The Nutcracker provide thousands of local students — many experiencing live theater for the very first time — the opportunity to engage with the arts in a meaningful and inspiring way.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, PRB relies on the generosity of donors, sponsors, grant partners, volunteers, and families to sustain and grow our programming. Tuition alone does not fully support the scope of opportunities we provide. Every contribution helps ensure that the arts remain accessible and that future generations can continue to experience the transformative power of dance.

The Board of Directors is honored to support Pennsylvania Regional Ballet’s mission and future, and we extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who helps make this work possible.
