BRAD GEBHART

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Director of Development, Brad Gebhart brings a vibrant blend of artistic passion, strategic vision and nonprofit leadership, along with a deep commitment to building strong, inclusive communities through the arts.

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Brad is fluent in Spanish and brings an international perspective that enhances PRB’s outreach and engagement efforts. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the College of William & Mary and has cultivated a multifaceted career as an educator, exhibiting artist, illustrator, and event caricaturist. His creative background shapes his approach to marketing, branding, and development, helping organizations tell their stories in meaningful, memorable ways.

Brad has successfully led capital campaigns, special events and donor initiatives for both nonprofit and business organizations. He currently serves on the boards of the Art Association of Harrisburg, the LGBT Center of Central PA, and the Beacon Clinic, further reflecting his dedication to service and community.

A passionate advocate for arts education, equity, and access, Brad is committed to ensuring that all young dancers—regardless of background—have the opportunity to pursue their passion and reach their full potential. He is thrilled to join the PRB family and looks forward to supporting the school’s mission, expanding its impact and celebrating the incredible work of its students, faculty, and supporters.
