BLAKE MEYER

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND OPERATIONS

Blake Meyer brings more than 15 years of experience in finance, operations, human resources, and organizational leadership, with a strong background supporting nonprofits, small businesses, and mission-driven organizations.

Her career has included key leadership roles in financial management, human resources, operations, and strategic planning, with extensive experience serving the real estate, nonprofit, and urban planning sectors. In addition to her professional leadership, Blake has maintained an independent consulting practice supporting nonprofits, real estate firms, small businesses, and entrepreneurs across Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.

Blake holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Business, and Commercial Writing from PennWest California. She has also volunteered with organizations including Bethesda Mission, Family Promise of Harrisburg Capital Region, Miami Rescue Mission, and the Japanese American Society of Rhode Island.

Outside of her professional work, Blake enjoys gardening, bird watching, and traveling, finding inspiration in nature, new places, and meaningful experiences.
